Well at work, Rachel brought in a STUPID book called "HELLO cupcake" IT is BRILLIANT! I say stupid b/c quite frankly I do not need another hobby, but I really wanted to try decorating cupcakes for Aidan to take to Marlo's daycare.
The book has a wonderful lemon poppy seed muffin recipe which I used to make the cupcakes. YUM!! I went to our local bulk barn and bought supplies and followed the directions (well as much as I am able to follow directions) in the book. I seemed to have misplaced the caramel corn popcorn (or the Big big brother ate it) so I couldn't make lions :( But I managed to make monkeys, tigers, bears and zebras. As I said on facebook, I certainly ain't no Cake Boss! AND I have a wicked icing headache!
