My husband is now working evenings and the oldest boy is at work so it is just me and the little guy. It is hard to make suppers for just the two of us. Decided to have hamburgers and potato salad but didn't have any buns or eggs for the salad...but all in all, it tasted just yummy with some carrots and cucumber cookies!
